Delivery: Anyi Sauna offers direct shipping to the customer. Freight charges and delivery estimates depend on the product and delivery address and must be confirmed per order. Delivery arrangements for other suppliers remain unconfirmed.
Returns & refunds: Aurevia’s return window, cancellation terms, return freight costs and refund conditions are awaiting confirmation. A supplier’s direct-sale policy does not automatically apply to an Aurevia purchase.
Installation: Installation, site preparation, permits and electrical work are not promised as included in the listed product price. Check the model’s requirements with qualified local professionals.
Warranty: Anyi Sauna’s confirmed defect warranty is described below. Coverage for other suppliers still needs verification; there is no universal Aurevia warranty.
Electrical compatibility: Anyi heaters are ETL-certified. Confirm voltage and circuit requirements for your home before ordering.

Shipping & installation: Anyi Sauna can ship directly to your address. Installation is not included. Freight costs and timing require confirmation for your model and address.
1-year defect warranty: Anyi Sauna covers product defects for one year and supplies free replacement parts. Claims require clear photos or videos. Damage from misuse or accidents is excluded. Aurevia’s claim-handling responsibilities still need agreement.
Heater documentation: Anyi Sauna states its heaters are ETL certified and can provide installation manuals and certification documents on request. Check documentation for the exact heater configuration and local installation requirements.
Still awaiting agreement: Payment, cancellations, returns, shipping-damage claims and responsibility for handling them are not final. The warehouse inventory sheet does not establish these terms or guarantee current stock.
